Hinckley Township has several governing bodies that meet regularly. Below you will find the most recent monthly schedules for these organizations. As meetings approach, agendas for these meetings may be posted online. After the meetings, approved minutes from the meetings will also be posted.  Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date of the meeting for these documents to appear.

Click the Administration tab above for drop down menu and go to Meeting and Minutes and hover cursor until secondary menu apprears. Use the "Document Viewer" link to view and search all documents by date, governing body or document type, or use the "Search this site" box in the upper left hand corner to search documents by keyword.  

All minutes and agenda files will be posted in PDF format, which will require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view.
