Zoning Permits

Permits are required for all new structures, including residential, business, industrial buildings, decks, porches, accessory use buildings 200 square feet and over, pools, ponds and lakes.

Permits are also necessary whenever an existing building is altered by increasing the bulk of that structure.

    A change of use or a new use permit application can also be made through the Zoning Inspector for a Site Review.
