The Hinckley Service Department has these responsibilities throughout the year:

To maintain approximately 39 miles of Township roads and right-of-ways.
To maintain all Township buildings.
To maintain the three Township cemeteries.
To maintain four Township parks (Brongers, Veteran's Memorial Park and 2 Ball Parks)
