Hinckley Township Small town, big hearts.

The Hinckley Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2010, beginning at 7:00 p.m. to hear public comment on proposed text amendments to the Hinckley Township Zoning Resolution.  The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Administration Building located at 1410 Ridge Road, Hinckley, Ohio.  The current proposal is to amend Sectino 6R1.2.A, Residential Uses, Section 6R1.2.B 1, 2 & 3 Permitted Uses:  Accessory Buildings, Structures and Garages, Section 6R2.2.B 1, 2 & 3 Permitted Uses:  Accessory Buildings, Structures and Garages, and Section 3 Definitions of the Zoning Regulations of Hinckley Township.  All interested parties are asked to attend this hearing or to send written comments to the Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 344, Hinckley, OH 44233.  A copy of the proposed amendments is attached below for your review.  Also a copy will be available at the Hinckley Township Zoning Department.
