East Wall Old Fire Station - Proposal Request

Hinckley Community Garden Registration

Any Township resident interested in a Community Garden plot, please contact the Administration Office at 330.278.4181 to register. There are approximately 8 raised garden beds to choose from - first come first basis. Click here for more details.

Community Garden for Hinckley Twp Residents

Located between the Fire Station and Service Garage (Ridge Road), the fenced Community Garden offers fourteen 8 x 8 raised beds and are available by registration (first come first serve). Complete attached application and drop off at the Township Administration Office - a garden plot will be assigned at that time. 

Memorial Day Parade May 31, 2021

The parade will begin at Our Lady Of Grace Church (1088 Ridge) @ 9:00am and proceed to the Veteran's Memorial Park for a wreath ceremony and moment of silence and then continue to the Administration Building (1410 Ridge) for final ceremony. HHS Students - Spring Cleaning Opportunites

Emergency Snow Removal for Hinckley Twp Seniors

The Emergency Snow Removal Program supported by the Hinckley Fire Dept Community Benefit Fund, Inc. for Hinckley Township qualifying seniors will begin accepting applications for the 2020-2021 season October 1st. This is an annual process, even if you qualified last year. For more information click on Community Tab and go to Programs and services.

Lt. Dan Landis, Citizen of the Year 2020

Congratulations to Lt. Dan Landis, Citizen of the Year 2020. Dan Landis is a 22 year veteran of the Hinckley Fire Department. Lt. Landis has quietly volunteered to help those in need and serve as a coach to sports groups as well as young fire fighters in Hinckley. Eric Boleman nominated Lt. Landis stating that "Lt. Landis has been a constant soruce of strength and stability rising to the postition of lieutenant in the fire department. He has donated hundereds of hours off the books to the fire department and volunteering in the community. Lt.

Cemetery Rules and Regulations Updated

Changes were made to the Cemetery Rules and Regulations effective July 1, 2019. Click on Community Tab and Go to Cemeteries for more details. A friendly reminder that items that are prohibited must be removed in accordance to the Rules and Regulations. This is to respectfully notice that in mid-June, the Service Dept. & Sexton will walk the cemetery grounds & begin removing items that are prohibited or have become overgrown.
