NOTICE OF HEARING
HINCKLEY TOWNSHIP

The Hinckley Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold two Public Hearings immediately following a work session on Wednesday, November 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Administration Building located at 1410 Ridge Road, which is on the southwest corner of the intersection of State Routes 3 & 303.

Subject of the hearings are as follows:

1. An Application for Variance (AP0172) was submitted by Marks Rd Holdings Ltd (7603 Old Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio 44131), a developer for Tamarind Meadows Phase II who is requesting a variance for sub lot 30, Turnstone Court to have an existing pond be in a location that does not meet requirements according to the Township Zoning Regulations - Zoning Reference: Chapter 4: Section 4.11 and Chapter 6: Section 6R1.4.E.F. Inspection of this property will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at approximately 10:00 a.m.

2. An Application for Variance (AP0173) was submitted by Nancy & Terry Keller, property owner 2322, Weymouth Road, Hinckley Township, Ohio (Permanent Parcel # 01603C24040) requesting a variance for an existing pond at the stated address, to be in a location that is less than the thirty (30) feet side yard setback required by Hinckley Zoning Regulations - Zoning Reference: Chapter 4: Section 4.11 and Chapter 6: Section 6R1.4.E.

Copies of these applications and other supportive material will be available for public viewing from the date of this notice to the date of hearing at the Zoning Department located in the Administration Building at 1410 Ridge Road, during regular office hours, Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to noon.
