The Hinckley Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Administration Building located at 1410 Ridge Road, which is on the southwest corner of the intersection of State Routes 3 & 303.

Subject of Hearing is as follows: 1) An Application for Variance (AP0170) was submitted by Joseph L. Prudic, property owner of Lot 83, Weymouth Road, Hinckley Township, Ohio (Permanent Parcel # 01603C24039) requesting a variance for an existing pond at the stated address, to be in a location that is less than the thirty (30) side yard setback required by Hinckley Zoning Regulations. Zoning Reference: Section 4.17 and Section 6R1.4A.5 of the Hinckley Township Zoning Regulations.

Copies of this application and other supportive material will be available for public viewing from the date of this notice to the date of hearing at the Zoning Department located in the Administration Building at 1410 Ridge Road, during regular office hours, Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to noon.
